Male Fertility Blood Panel (single draw at a partner lab). Six markers behind sperm health: Testosterone Free & Total, Insulin, Hemoglobin A1c, hs-CRP, Homocysteine, and Vitamin D 25-Hydroxy.
Male Semen Analysis (CLIA-certified, mail-in). Produced at home, mailed back in the prepaid box, results in 1 to 2 business days after the lab receives it. Measures volume, concentration, count, motility, total motile count, and morphology.
Together they cover both partners across hormones, metabolism, and sperm quality, so you start with the whole picture instead of guessing which half to test first.
