About This Protocol: A cycle-based pairing of the Follicular and Luteal fresh-plant tinctures, taken in sequence across the month to support a healthy hormonal rhythm through both halves of the menstrual cycle. Both formulas are made to the clinical standards of Dr. Eric Yarnell.

The Science: Chaste tree (vitex) — used in both formulas — is among the most-studied botanicals for luteal-phase progesterone support and cycle regularity, while the follicular blend adds black cohosh and licorice to support the estrogen-dominant first half of the cycle. Sequencing the two aims to mirror the body's natural follicular-to-luteal transition.

Directions: Follicular: Take 1/2 tsp 2x daily from Cycle Day 1 (start of period) until your average mid-cycle point (follicular phase). Luteal: Take 1/2 tsp 2x daily from ovulation to the start of your next cycle (luteal phase). Shake well before using.
